The short version
We collect only what you choose to send us through this site’s forms, we use it only to reply to you about golf coaching, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Evaluation requests: your name, email, optional phone number, and optional details about the player (first name, graduating class, level, typical score, interests and preferred times). Program updates: your email address and the programs you’re interested in.
Please don’t include sensitive information such as medical details in a form. If something matters for coaching, we can talk about it directly.
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule sessions, and, if you asked for program updates, email you when new dates are announced. You can ask to stop updates at any time.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to TruSwing Golf by email. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Players under 18
Our players are ages 13–18. We publish a player’s first name, graduating class, results, photos or video only with a parent’s or guardian’s written consent.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, reply to any email from us or send a request through the contact form and we’ll take care of it.
